Summary
Based on Singapore's CPF regulations, CPF contributions are payable to Singapore Citizens (SC) and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) who are:
Working in Singapore under a Contract of Service
Employed on a permanent, part-time, or casual basis
Earning more than $50/month
The following are also automatically included in the CPF file generated by Payboy:
CPF contributions for each individual employee
Self Help Group (SHG) for each individual employee

Setting your company's CSN number
From the side menu, go to Company > Organisations
Click on the Edit icon next to the respective organisation you wish to update
Your CSN number should follow the following format as outlined by CPF:
CSN = UEN + Payment Type (e.g PTE, VCT) + Serial Number (e.g 01, 02, 03)
Click Submit to save your changes
Mass assign your CSN numbers to employees
If you have a different CSN to assign to the employee, you can do a mass assignment by following the steps below:
Navigate to Payroll > CPF Submission > Mass Assign CSN
Select your Organisation and CSN Type (CSN), also the CSN number to assign to
Select the employees that you wish to assign the new CSN number and click submit.
How to submit CPF files through Payboy
From the sidebar, go to Payroll > CPF submission
Select the desired payroll to generate from
For individual organization submissions, click on Submit under the CPF Submission list
After clicking Submit, you will be redirected to the page below, where you can download the e-submit file before proceeding with the submission:
Note: You can also click on the "Payment Advice Report" to view the details of the CPF submission.
