If your company has an announcement, it would look like this.
​Step 1: Click View to see the full message from the company.

Step 2: Read the message and acknowledge the announcement. Click on "Acknowledge" on the bottom right of the pop-up.
By clicking Acknowledged, your admin will be able to check that you have read the message.

After you have acknowledged, the Icon beside "View", will change from a red exclamation mark to a green tick.
