The working hours on the pay scheme may indicate that the leave date is not a working day. Please check on the working hours of the employee under pay scheme tab.
For companies and employees that use our scheduling module
It may be because there was an off day/rest day planned for the day the leave is applied on. Please check the rostering schedule and remove the rest/off day.
