This article will guide you in setting up rules for different vaccine combinations.
What are the vaccination groups used for?
They can be used to set certain rules such as the validity and effective durations of different vaccine combinations and doses. The rules set in the vaccination group would help to determine when your employees are considered fully vaccinated based on the date and type of vaccination combination taken.
Where can I edit the vaccination groups?
You can go to the navigation bar on the left side of screen, click on Covid Safe+ > Vaccination Groups.
What should I do next?
There should already be 7 vaccination groups in the system. If you need to edit any rules within the vaccination groups, you may click on the pencil icon to Edit the Vaccination Group.
You may change the following aspects of the jabs:
Which jab will render the employee as Fully Vaccinated
Validity type and duration
Waiting period for the vaccine to take effect
You may also add a new jab by clicking on "+Add New Rule".
Once done with the edits, click on "Submit" to save the changes.
What if an employee has a combination of vaccines that is not in the default list?
You can create a new vaccination group by clicking on "+New Vaccination Group".
What if I want to mass edit the rules of the groups?
You may click on the "Mass Edit" button and fill in the changes you would like to make.
You can then acknowledge the changes to be made and click "Submit".
