A guide on how to add device, assign device and add employee's photo to the Entry Device Module

Summary


If you are using a Facial Recognition Device purchase from our company, you can follow these step to add the device, assign device and add in the employee's photo.

Once the employee is assigned to a device, each time they scan their face, an attendance log will be created. You can then go to Attendance> Attendance Log to check the date and time.


How to Add New Device

Step 1: Go to Entry Device> + New Device

Step 2: Fill in the Details> Submit

Device is successfully added, if you see it on the Entry Devices Page.


How to assign employees to device?

Step 1: Go to Entry Device> Assign

Step 2: Go to Select Employee> Submit

Employees are successfully assigned to the device.


How to add or upload photo to assigned employees?

Method 1: Go to Entry Device> View Device> Upload Photos

Select "Upload from PC" or "Capture on Device"> Upload Photo
*Once uploaded, do refresh the page to check if the Photo is successfully uploaded.
We recommend uploading 1 Photo with Mask, 1 Photo without Mask and 1 Photo Smiling.

Method 2: Go to Entry Device> Employee Photos> Upload Photos

Select "Upload from PC" or "Capture on Device"> Upload Photo
*Once uploaded, do refresh the page to check if the Photo is successfully uploaded.
We recommend uploading 1 Photo with Mask, 1 Photo without Mask and 1 Photo Smiling.


How to Un-assigned device from employees?

Step 1: Go to Entry Device> Assign

Step 2: De-Select Employee> Submit
