This report is an Excel sheet that shows the full breakdown of the project calculations for the projects.
(Note: Project Calculations must first be generated and approved before generating a project costing report. For more information on projects calculations, click here)
Step 1: Reports > Project Costing
Step 2: To create a new project costing report, select the respective month and year (Compulsory fields) > Generate Excel Report
Before generating the report, there are filters to help generate a more specific project costing report of your choice.
You can filter the project costing report through, Organisations, Departments, Positions, Employees, and Projects
Step 3: Wait for the report to process fully and download the report from the top right cloud icon.

From this Excel report, you will be able to see the breakdown of the project calculations for the respective projects
