Administrators now have the option to activate two-factor authentication (2FA) for their Payboy account login process, enhancing overall security measures.
Important note: Please install any trusted 2FA application from the Play Store or Apple Store before following the steps below.

How to enable 2FA
Follow the steps below to enable the 2FA for your admin access.
Step 1: After logging in as admin, you can click on the Edit Profile option on the top right page
Step 2: On the Edit Profile page, click Enable 2FA
Step 3: The QR code for the 2FA will be reflected on the following page
You can scan the QR code showing using the installed 2FA application. If your camera has an issue, you may add the code manually by typing it down in your 2FA application. Do not forget to key in a name as a label (e.g.: Payboy Code, etc.)
Step 4: Using the code showing on your 2FA application, you may key in the code on the first field and your admin password account on the second field. Do not forget to Confirm And Enable Two Factor button after
You will be directed back to the Edit Profile page with this prompt message showing. Congratulations! 2FA is officially enabled on your admin account!
Follow the steps below to enable the 2FA for your employees' access.
After successfully logging in as an admin through https://payboy.biz/login, navigate to the side menu and select Employees. From there, choose Employee Settings to access the configuration options for managing employee accounts and security settings.
Admin will see option to Enable 2-Factor Authentication for employees:
By ticking this option, another setting will appear, allowing admin to make 2FA a mandatory step for all employees. This ensures that the feature cannot be disabled, enforcing a higher level of security across the organization.
Be sure to click "Save" at the bottom of the page to confirm and save your changes. This step is crucial to ensure that your 2FA settings are properly updated and applied across all employee accounts.
How the login looks like as an admin with 2FA enabled
Once your account has 2FA enabled, you will see an additional page after you key in your login details. You may key in the code generated by the 2FA application and click login after.
How to disable 2FA
Step 1: After clicking the Edit Profile on the right top part of the page, you may click the Disable 2FA button colored red
Step 2: Disable 2FA page will be showing, and you may key in the password for the account to confirm the action before clicking Submit
You will see the Success prompt if the 2FA has been successfully disabled.
