What are Flexible Benefits?
Flexible benefits, also known as flexi benefits, are becoming increasingly popular among businesses as a way to offer additional incentives to employees. This system allows employees to customize their benefit packages according to their personal needs outside of work, giving them greater control over their rewards.
This newly released feature allows to bundle claim entitlement under "Flexi-benefits" and each sub-category can have a mixture of CPF/non-CPF deductibles to be set.
Below are some of the list of Flexi-Benefits:
Health benefits such as medical, dental, and optical allowance
Wellness or fitness benefits such as gym memberships
Paid or subsidized courses for professional development
Expense coverage for remote work
Flexible working arrangement
Paid time off for volunteering
Transportation benefits

How to create the Claim Type Group?
By navigating to Claims > Claim Types, you can create a Claim Type Group by clicking the +Claim Type Group button:
You may key in the Name, Description, Claim Types, and + Add A Claim Limit
Please ensure the Claim Types have been created and set accordingly before keying them in the Claim Types field.
In a Claim Type Group, you will be able to set the limits for the grouped claim types:
Limit options would be:
No limit = There is no limit to the amount to claim
Each Claim Amount = The limit amount is based on per claim
Amount per Day = The limit amount is based on per day
Amount per Week = The limit amount is based on per week
Amount per Month = The limit amount is based on per month
Amount per Calendar Year = The limit amount is based on per calendar year
Amount per Financial Year = The limit amount is based on per financial year
Please note that once you have chosen the limit and have keyed in the value, the claim limit will follow the Claim Type Group limit setting instead of the Claim Type limit settings (if any):
