Onboarding new employees is a crucial process in integrating them into the company. However, there are instances where challenges may arise, potentially disrupting this process. For example, after the admin or HR personnel successfully onboard or re-onboard employees, they may encounter issues such as missed onboarding deadlines, leading to expired invitation links, or the employee not receiving the invitation email at all.
As an admin, it is vital to address these challenges promptly to ensure a seamless onboarding experience. By following the steps outlined below, you can help employees activate their accounts and log in smoothly, enabling them to begin their new roles without unnecessary delays.

Resending the Invitation Email
Navigate to the Employee's Personal tab by clicking Employees > All Employees > key in their name and click the eye icon to view.
Click the Resend Invitation button marked to trigger the system on email invitation resend:
Once it's done, you can tell your employee to check their email inbox (including spam and junk) to get the email and click the link accordingly. They would be able to set their password and activate their account:
Copy the Invitation Link
From the Employee's Personal tab, click the Copy Invitation Link button:
The link prompt will show as below and you may copy and paste the link into a new tab in your web browser:
You are also able to set the password on behalf of the employee:
