Approving or Denying a subordinate's attendance, as a manager (on app)
After successfully logging in with your account, navigate to the sidebar then select Approvals.
Press the Attendance option (on the bottom right corner of the screen).
To approve an attendance, slide it to the right.
To deny an attendance, slide it to the left.
Approving or Denying a subordinate's claim, as a manager (on the web)
After successfully logging in through the website, open the sidebar and select Attendance
Under Staff Attendance, click Approve Attendance.
The approve Attendance page will show you the filter function for 'Staff', 'Approval state', 'Date' (from and to), and 'By outlet'.
Managers can approve or deny their staff's attendance logs by clicking the Approve/ Deny option under the 'Approved?' column.
Clicking the eye icon (view button) will show the manager the details of the attendance log.
Clicking the edit button allows the manager to edit and adjust the employee's attendance log if needed.
(note: Edit option will show only if the account admin ticks the option on Attendance > Attendance Settings > Enable managers to create their subordinates' attendances)
Clicking the bin button allows the manager to delete the employee's attendance log if needed.
