If necessary, you can create employee availability slots for the attendance module with your authority as an admin. This guide will show you how.
- Head to Attendance > Employee Availability on the side menu
- Click on "+ Add Availability" at the top right corner
- A pop-up will appear. Select the Employee from a dropdown list
- Set the Date, followed by the Start and End timings
- Click Create to add the availability
- Following this, the employee's availability should show up on the calendar in green, indicating that they are available but not yet registered for a shift
