Monthly Subscription
If you have indicated your credit card details to be billed monthly, your receipt will be sent to the email registered as the Owner of your Payboy account.
To check on which email has been registered as the Owner, you may navigate to Settings > Admin Accounts
If you require a copy of the receipts, we’ll be able to resend it to the email maintained with us! Please contact us directly via the live chat function on the bottom right of your screen (on web) or under the support button (on app).
Alternatively, you may also navigate to Settings > Subscription/Billing to download a copy of the Tax Invoice for past & pending payments.
