Payboy understands that employees may sometimes leave the company and headcount fluctuates throughout the year; which is why we charge only based on active employees per month.

How to activate your account

  • From the Dashboard > Settings > Subscription/Billing
  • Ensure that this is the plan you wish to subscribe to. Otherwise, you may click on "Change Subscription".
  • From the billing page, click on "Add Credit Card"
  • After filling in your Credit Card details, select Save.

Once successful, Stripe will bill your credit card monthly based on the number of active employees and send invoices to the owner account (check under admin accounts in settings)
