Under an Employee's Profile > Employment Details > Payment Details, you may see an option as shown below entitled "Allow Full Employer CPF".

You may wish to click on the pencil icon to enable/disable Full Employer CPF.

By Allowing Full Employer CPF, the company will pay out the full sum of CPF on behalf of employees without deducting their salary.

For example,

If Employee A is required to contribute CPF at these rates...

Total CPF contributions (Employer's + Employee's share) = 37% OW + 37% AW
Employee's share = 20% OW + 20% AW

and "Allow Full Employer CPF" has been enabled, these will be the CPF contributions for the month:

Employee's contribution: 0%

Employer's contribution: 37% OW + 37% AW
