StaffAny is a software that specialises in shift scheduling and attendance taking. Click here for more information on StaffAny. This integration with Staffany, allows companies to plan shift schedules and take attendance on Staffany, after which, run payroll on Payboy.
Before continuing, please make sure that all your employees on Payboy have a Position and the same Mobile Number as their account on StaffAny.
Note: Mobile number with or without +65 does not affect the mapping/syncing of employee
How to set-up Staffany?
Step 1: Login to your StaffAny admin account and retrieve these 2 information: 'StaffAny API Token" and "StaffAny Organisation ID"
This information can be found from the top bar, under Settings > Integrations
Step 2: Login to your Payboy admin account. From the sidebar, head to Settings > Integrations > Scroll all the way down > Click on the Settings Button under Staffany.
Step 3: Edit the organisation which you wish to link with your Staffany account
Step 4: Copy and paste the StaffAny API Token and StaffAny Organisation ID from Step 1 > Click Submit
Once you're done with that. Awesome! Now your Payboy account is linked to your StaffAny account. Next, we need to make sure that your employees on Payboy and on StaffAny tallies.
Syncing Payboy's and StaffAny's employees
Scenario 1: The new employees were added on Payboy and NOT on StaffAny
Step 1: Make sure the new employees have a Position as well as their Mobile number filled in their profile. +65 will not affect anything.
Step 2: From the sidebar, head to settings > Integrations > Scroll down to StaffAny > Settings button > Look for the organization > Click Sync Employees.
Upon clicking on Sync Employee, any new employees on Payboy would be automatically created on StaffAny.
Step 3: Head to your StaffAny account and make sure that the employee was created.
Scenario 2: The new employees were added on StaffAny and NOT on Payboy
Step 1: From the sidebar, head to settings > Integrations > Scroll down to StaffAny > Settings button > Look for the organization > Click Sync Employees
Upon clicking on Sync Employee, the system will come up with a list of employees that isn't on Payboy
Step 2: Click on the underlined number, to view the list of employees not on Payboy
Step 3: Manually onboard the employees onto Payboy. Click here for the onboarding article.
Step 4: Go back to the integration page and click Sync Employee.
Scenario 3: The new employees were added on both StaffAny and Payboy
Step 1: From the sidebar,
Head to settings > Integrations > Scroll down to StaffAny > Settings button > Look for the organization > Click Sync Employees.
Upon clicking on Sync Employee, the system will identify matching phone numbers on both systems and link them together.
Now with both system's employees tallied, we can move on to Payroll.

Step 1: From the sidebar, head to Payroll > Generate Payroll > Change the first field to "StaffAny Workflow" > Select the employees from the same organization
Step 2: The hours will be taken from StaffAny, check and make sure the hours match.
OT hours will NOT appear if the employee's pay scheme have OT pay disabled.
