Summary

Based on Singapore's CPF regulations, CPF contributions are payable to Singapore Citizens (SC) and Singapore Permanent Residents (PR) who are:

  • Working in Singapore under a Contract of Service
  • Employed under a permanent, part-time or casual basis
  • Earning more than $50/month

The following are also automatically included in the CPF file generated by Payboy:

  • CPF contributions for each individual employee
  • Self Help Group (SHG) for each individual employee

How to submit CPF files through Payboy

  • From the sidebar, go to Payroll > CPF submission 
  • Select the desired payroll to generate from
  • For individual organisation submission, click on Submit under the CPF Submission list
  • Alternatively, to mass download all the organization CPF files, click on "here" at the bottom of the page. A ZIP file will be downloaded with all the CPF files included
  • Then, click on "this link" to be directed to the CPF e-Submission.(Note: You will need to log in with your CorpPass account)

Single download of the CPF e-Submission File

  • Click Download E-Submit File 
  • Follow the 6 steps outlined on the page, which will guide you to submit the form online
