Summary

If necessary, you can create employee availability slots for the attendance module with your authority as an admin. This guide will show you how.

  • Head to Attendance > Employee Availability on the side menu
  • Click on "+ Add Availability" at the top right corner
  • A pop-up will appear. Select the Employee from a dropdown list 
  • Set the Date, followed by the Start and End timings
  • Click Create to add the availability
  • Following this, the employee's availability should show up on the calendar in green, indicating that they are available but not yet registered for a shift
