How to check a claim status
- Click My Claims from the side menu
- Approval Status display the current state of your claims
- You may View, Edit or Delete your current claim by clicking on these buttons
Warning: Deleting of claims is permanent and cannot be retrieved later on.
How to add a new Claim
- Click My Claims from the side menu.
- Click + Add New Claim.
- Select the Claim type from the drop-down list.
(Note: please take note of the balance and the limit each of the claim types available)
- Enter the Amount (inclusive of any GST).
- Untick the checkbox of Has GST by clicking on the tick if there is no GST.
- Select the Date of Expenditure.
- Enter Remarks (if necessary).
- Click Attach Receipt button to upload the picture of receipt as the proof of claim.
- Click Submit to submit this claim and wait for approval.
