Approving Time attendance is optional depending on your company policy. If you enable this feature, only approved time attendance will be calculated in the Payroll.
To get started:
- Ensure "Require approval for submitted attendance logs" is checked in Company's Settings
How to Approve or Deny an attendance
- Head to Attendance on the side menu
- At the top, there is a search engine which you could use to filter the time attendance available
- Click Approve on a particular time log to approve the attendance
- Click Deny on a particular time log to reject the attendance
