Summary

Particular details of a person may change sometimes, may it be phone numbers, address, residential status, etc. To avoid the hassle for admins, Payboy allows the employee to be able to update his/her own personal details in his/her own portal.

This process helps to increase the efficiency in the workflow between the administrator and the employee of the company.


How to edit your profile (on the app)

  • From the mobile's side navigation, select Click to View Profile.

  • From your profile page, click on the edit button to edit the fields.

  • After editing your details, the submit button can be found on the second page.

How to change your password (on the app)

  • From the mobile's side navigation, click Settings

  • Then, select Change Password.

  • Indicate your current password once and your new password twice to confirm. Then, click on Submit.

How to edit your profile (on the web)

  • On the top of the side menu, click on your profile (Highlighted in red)

  • Click on View Profile

  • Select Edit Profile to make changes to your personal details.

Note: If you are unable to see this edit button, your admin has not given you access to edit your profile. Please approach them for more information.

  • Click on the Submit button to save changes to your profile.

How to change your password (on the web)

  • On the top of the side menu, click on your profile (Highlighted in red)

  • Click on Security Settings

  • Update your new password and scroll down to click submit to save any changes made
