Summary
As the company expands in business scale, the number of its subsidiaries should increase as well. The Payboy software allows for a single company to create and edit multiple sub-organizations and departments.
How to add a new organization
Head to Company > Organizations on the side menu
Click + Add Organisation at the top
Required Information:
Input the Organization Name and Login ID
(Note: The organization login ID will be used by employee accounts on the Payboy login page. Please refer to this article for more information on organization login ID)
Select your Business Registration Type & enter your Business Registration Number
Click the Upload Logo/Letterhead button if you would like the organization to have its own logo, separate from the company
Enter the Business Address for the organization
Enter your CPF Submission Number (CSN)
Tick the respective boxes for Additional Medisave Contribution Scheme (AMCS) & Portable Medical Benefits Scheme (PMBS) to enable them. You can also indicate a fixed percentage for AMCS contribution.
Add the departments as shown according to this guide
Click Submit to create the new organization
IMPORTANT NOTE: In Step 7 when onboarding employees via Excel workflow, ensure that the organization name is EXACT, otherwise, a new organization will be created.
