In this article, we’ll walk you through how to locate your Organisation Login ID.
This ID is essential for employees to access their Staff Login.
Here’s where to find it
From the side panel, select Company > Organisation
You may find the Login ID stated at the bottom of the respective organization header.
How to edit the Login ID
Click Edit on the organization for which you would like to change the login ID.
In the first row, next to the “Organisation Name” field, you’ll find the “Organisation Login ID” field.
The value entered here is what staff will use in the Organisation ID field on the login page.
📝 Note: Organisation Login ID is case-sensitive and cannot contain spaces.
