How to reset Employee account password
Through Website Portal
1. Once you access the landing page below and click on Staff Login before clicking the Forget Password button:
2. You will see this page below, key in the Organisation Login and your Email Address accordingly. (If you forget what the Organisation Login ID is, you may reach out to your admin/ HR personnel. They will be able to locate and provide it to you.)
3. Click the Reset My Password button and check your email inbox (including spam & junk box) to get the reset password link from Payboy.
Through Mobile App
1. Launch the application and click Forgot Password button marked below:
2. You will see this page below, then key in the Organisation Login and your Email Address before pressing the Reset Password button marked below to receive the link to reset your password in your email (please also check your spam/ junk boxes):
Note: If you do not receive any emails to reset your password, please refer to your Admin/HR personnel to carry out the reset on your behalf.
How to reset Employee account password as Administrator
1. Navigate to the side menu for Employees > All Employees > key in the employee name in the Search Query marked below:
2. You will see the relevant employee name showing, click the eye icon marked to be navigated to their profile page:
3. On the Personal Details page, scroll down until you see the Change Password button shown below:
4. You can change the password to a temporary password, and let the employee know to log in using the temporary password. Please also remind the employee to change their temporary password to a more permanent one once they are successfully logged in to their account.
How to reset an Admin account password
1. Ensure you're on the Admin Login landing page. Click on Forgot Password:
2. Key in your email address and click the Reset my password button:
3. This page below will shown, and you may check your email inbox (spam and junk boxes as well) for the reset password link email:
