On web:
View your personal profile by clicking on the top right hand icon.
Scroll down the page and select "Change Photo".
Select "Upload Photo" and choose a profile photo to upload from your computer.
After uploading a photo, scroll down the page and select "Submit".
Your profile photo should be uploaded to your profile!
