If you'd like to change your Employee's Status from "Onboarding" to "Active" you may proceed with the following steps:
Check with your employee
Your employee should have received a confirmation email where there will be a link to click as shown below.
Clicking the link "Confirm my email address" will prompt the employee to set up their password to log in.
Once the password is set, their account status will be set to "Active".
Alternatively, you may set up the password from the admin account
If for any reason as an admin you wish to change the status without the employee setting up the password themselves, you may do so by following the steps:
Go to Employees > All Employees > Filter the employee you wish to change to "Active" > Click on the Eye icon to view their Profile
Under the Personal tab, note the Email section
Click the "Copy Invitation Link" button and the link will be copied
Paste the link in a separate web browser and this will prompt you to set up the password for the employee
Note: As you're setting up the password for the employee, you may set it as a temporary/fake password for the time being and let your employee know about it. They will be able to log in and change their password as they deem necessary afterwards.
Once done, the status should change to "Active".
